Birthday Parties
Would you like to discover a hidden treasure on a scavenger hunt, unravel a clever riddle or play environmental eye spy? The River Center offers a wonderful and fun-filled venue for children to celebrate their special day in a very special way. Birthday parties may be scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Each birthday package includes a tour of the exhibits, a touch tank demonstration, make and take craft, gift for the birthday child, and games in our classroom. The classroom is available for 1 hour for the birthday party (please provide your own food, refreshments, plates, and utensils). Fees are $10.65 per child with a 5 child minimum. You may add $4.27 per child for a goodie bag. Parties should be reserved two weeks in advance with a $26.63 non-refundable deposit. 1 adult per child admitted free of charge (add'l add $2 per adult).
